Most of the people are not very sure about this and either they automatically accept it or decline. But you have to know whether the insurance suits your needs or not. There are four major types of credit card insurance. They are described in brief below. The credit life insurance is an important type of credit card of insurance.

It is very popular as well. This insurance pays of all your debts after your death. But the only requirement is that the beneficiary has to be of the same company to which it is owed to.

On the other hand the credit disability insurance is a good insurance policy. This insurance policy makes a minimum payment and also protects the credit rating if the customer becomes medically unfit and disable. The additional purchases after disability will not be taken care in this.

There is another type of credit card insurance which is known as the credit involuntary unemployment insurance. This will also make your minimum payment when you are unemployed. . But the charges incurred after the unemployment will not be covered under this.

The last type of credit card insurance is the Credit Property Insurance. This insurance type is very popular. This will help you to completely cancel debts on various items you have purchased with the credit if they are completely destroyed by certain incidents. The incidents which are taken into consideration will be mentioned in the policy.
